Dear EA Customer Support,
I am writing to express my frustration with my pack luck in your game. It seems like all the YouTubers who play your game have great pack luck, while mine is consistently bad. I have done a lot of Heroes and Icons, but I haven't received a single dub. It doesn't seem fair that some players consistently get good pulls while others, like me, are left with nothing.
I am hoping you can explain to me why this is the case and what I can do to improve my chances of getting better pulls. It's frustrating to feel like I'm not getting the same opportunities as other players, and I'm hoping you can help me understand why this is happening.

@AlandR9 Everyone has the same chance as everyone else. The probabilities are posted in game.
Youtubers open a lot of packs and cherry pick clips. When you see them open a bunch or other peoples more times than not they pack all the worst cards besides a couple very rare times.
