Not Receiving Authentication Code

I've had to make this account so that I can try contacting someone that can help me from EA but it is impossible to find the live chat.

I have another account that I have had for years with my current EAFC FUT but I am not receiving the email Verification code so that I can continue using this account. this also mean that I cannot log into My original EA account to get help with this issue because I also need a verification code to do that, also not receiving that.

what am I supposed to do to fix this if I cant even log in to get the help.
