I don't quite understand what you mean here. Regardless, pack contents are based purely on the probabilities you see listed in the store.

What that means is that you have a 10% chance to pull a 90+ item and a 20% chance to pull an 85+ item. Those are chances to get those items. Not a guarantee you will get them. Again, duplicates are possible. Packs are generating content in line with the probabilities.

Packs are random. Duplicates are possible. However, they are not forced. If I'm understanding you right, you're saying packs are specifically made to give out multiples of the same item and that's not the case.

I mean that in one separate pack all is ok
But, for example, imagine that i have 5 pack with "1 player 85"(exaclty 85, not 85+). It means that i will get 5 players 85 in total.
Gold rare players with rating 85 - 44 items
So, chance to all 5 cards will be different it's
(44! / 39!) / 44^5 =~ 79%
So, chance that i wiil get at least one duplicate is ~21%

But i tell you that quite common for me to get 3 or more SAME(Grealish for example) cards in this case

And it not a unique case. This happens every day

And it will happens if i open all 5 packs in short period of time. 5-10 minutes

What he means is EA doesn't show the probability on which player you get from the same rating. Pretty simple. For instance, if you get a gold 91 player, chances are much higher it will be De Bruyne instead of Mbappe.
