Actual fix for 3rd party codes / download stuck on preparing / game gone

Hello, in my case I did the 10-hour trial with EA play, and EA FC 24 always appear in the library (you have finished the try version).

As a result, my code said it was already redeemed/used. In Origin using your fix, the EA FC 24 is still in library as a EA play version. 

Do you think doing any additional step could help to solve my EA Play 10-hour trial still in the library (and maybe avoiding the code to work/download) issue ?
