After Download CLOSE Origin

put Version.dll in C:/Programfiles(x86)/Origin

Go to your file explorer and type %programdata% in your browser
Go to the origin folder and open Local.xml with notepad (rightclick -> open with -> Notepad)
Paste this under </Settings> (Don't delete other Settings)

The notepad should be empty if correct and you should paste this in the notepad:

Open origin, log in and your Game should be in your library
