Anticheat system error since 15 october

Hello everyone, I have a problem with FC24. On the first moment when I bought this game, I have installed from EA Play, to my old PC. I have played for about 150 Hours, and then I have bought another PC with better parameters. I have logged in the EA Play to my new PC, and from the Game Library I have installed the FC24 to the new PC. This time the game wont start because of Anticheat message that says "EA Anticheat Service encountered a system error. Please run the EA Anticheat Service Intaller". I have tried all the tricks from youtube videos, or tricks from the different forums, but the situation still remain the same. Also when I go to the EAAnticheat.Intaller and try to repair the game it says "Invalid game directory". When I make uninstall and install again it shows a log error "ResourceExtract failed:1113 Install failed:701". I dont know what to do, because I cant even delte the game from the store and to buy it again.
