Australia/New Zealand PC CLUBS region not working correctly.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a EA representative in the OCE region (Australia/New Zealand) queue into CLUBS on the PC platform, (Drop ins don't seem to work either but I am talking about playing CLUBS with and actual club). Once queuing you will find a game very easily but once in the game, the ping will be 200ms or above, as if the matchmaking settings are not working properly for the Australia/ New Zealand selection.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game play is unplayable as we have 200 + ms
What should be happening instead? We should be queing into Australia/ New Zealand servers/region, to achieve playable ping.
Queuing into Australia/New Zealand region in PC CLUBS is not working properly, putting all PC OCE region players into the wrong region, giving us 200+ms , and as a result all OCE Clubs players are setting their region to Indonesia to achieve playable game play, we would all much rather play on our actual region please.
