Cannot connect to ea servers.

Cannot connect to ea servers. After my xbox gamepass subscription ran out and i renewed it i cannot connect to the servers. Error accessing server data and Cannot connect to ea servers. How to reso...

    Hi @CPTHawkBallz 

    Please give the following steps a try to help with this error:

    • Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox 
    • Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
    • Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
    • Check that you have an open NAT type on your console 

    If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
