Cannot connect to FC24, 25 & 26 for THREE WEEKS NOW... FOUTH CONNECTION TRY

I have not been able to play any EA FC games for almost two weeks. Keeps showing this message 'You have lost your online connection. Check your home Network. You will not be able to access fC's online features until you can reconnect to EA servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more

    Bonjour, j'ai le même problème sur FC 24. et FC 25 alors, j'ai réinitialisé ma console. J'ai éteint ma box. Ça n'a strictement rien changé.

    I have tried to reset my console. I turned off my router. It changed absolutely nothing. I can play any other game except FC games. I even worked with Xbox to disconnect my profile and it didnt work. They basically said it was connected directly to FC games 

  • Hi can anyone please give a solution for the disconnecting mid game while playing online it's really frustrating 😔

    Thanks for the details. Since this is happening on Xbox One across FC 24, FC 25 and FC 26, the next thing we’d suggest is an Xbox network refresh rather than just another basic reboot.

    Please try these in order:

    1. Fully close the game and restart the Xbox.
    2. Clear the Xbox Alternate MAC Address, then restart the console again.
    3. Check the Xbox NAT Type and make sure it shows Open.
    4. If possible, test with a wired connection. If you can’t do that, please test briefly with a mobile hotspot.
    5. Remove any non-essential USB accessories. If the game is installed on external storage, move/reinstall it to internal storage.
    6. If none of that changes anything, uninstall and reinstall one FC title.

    Hi EA_Pulsar​ ,

    I have tried all the above, uninstalled all FC games and re-installed them and still facing the same issue. I even bought FC 26 and also having this issue. Anything I can try,  can I have someone call and try overriding my console? 

    The only game I cannot play is FC online, this is very frustrating now 

  • EA_Pulsar​ Hello and Peace Brother/Sister I have been having this exact issue for a couple of months 2 almost 3 now, same as OP i’m having no trouble playing other EA titles but when it comes to online play for any FC game’s (which sucks since Ive spent a decent amount of times on my FC 24 UT,) I have issues connecting to the FC Servers. But but one things that’s really weird and different than OP’s problem is that I have access to my little brother's microsoft account (share the same xbox) I am able to log into any FC game and access their online features, even made a clubs character on fc 26. Which makes me believe that it’s not an xbox issue but what do I know haha.

    Could you please try this through the Companion App: delete your current squad, then create a completely brand-new squad from scratch with different player items and formation. After that, check if the issue is still happening and let us know.
