Cant use evolution or store

HI, i was trying to put one of my evelutions into a new evelution but continued to gett the message "you allreddy have an evelution of this player". after this i wanted to try and discard my evo and get it back with the companion app, but then it cam as a duplicate and couldnt get sent back to my club, and after this happend i am not allowed to enter the store on my ps5. i think this could have somthjing to do with the fact that i discarded another evo of this player much earlier in the game.
