Career mode cannot terminate season during world cup

Hi to everyone, please help me! I'm blocked because I cannot terminate the season during world cup. When I click on terminate season button the game doesn't permit me to choice another team for the next season and I don't have any button to continue the game. So I'm blocked and I cannot go head. Please help me! I tried to uninstall and install again the game but nothing.
