Companion App Unassigned Isssue

I am unable to access my playstation account at the moment and I packed an untradeable Rolfo on the web app, I tried swapping her for the duplicate tradeable in my club as she has games on her card, it said it sent the untradeable item to my club but it did not and now my tradeable card in the club cannot be quick sold, listed for transfer or sent to the treansfer list and pops up with this error message attached in the image. How do I proceed? I dont want to quick sell the dupe as I have one recovery left and it is not necessary.
