Connecting to Ultimate Teams is not possible at the moment

When I complete a match in any game mode on Ultimate Team, the error message “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will know be returned to the Main Menu” appears. I have tried restarting my console but it has not changed the outcome. I am able to get into games on all game modes including Division rivals but as soon as the game is over I receive the error message and I am kicked out of the game. Is there a solution to my problem?
