controller fatal error

When I connected the PS4 version controller, for some reason the cross key operation was selected one by one on the selection screen.
In the control settings, even if you enter with a controller, the keyboard and mouse settings are set and cannot be changed.
Since the mouse cursor always moves in the same direction as the right stick, it is impossible to control the selection mistakes caused by this.
Isn't it the system manager's turn, not the community's?
