I'm sorry to hear you're having problems launching EA FC 24. 

Thanks for sharing in detail the steps you've done so far, that's very helpful. I noticed that you haven't tried reinstalling the EA Anti Cheat manually yet, so I'd suggest to start with that:

In case the steps in the article above do not solve the issue, please try adding EA FC 24 and EA AntiCheat to the list of exceptions on your Antivirus (if you have any installed) and on your Windows Firewall.

How do I check my ban or suspension status?

1. Sign in to your account on EA Help.
2. Select Account support.
3. Choose Ban history to see details on current and past bans and suspensions.
