i dont can play ea fc 24 i have have updated all an reset my windows but it still dont work

@jonasfech can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with EA SPORTS FC™ 24 and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Most of the time that error is related to GPU Drivers.
If the initial solution doesn't work, try renaming the "FC 24" folder in your documents to "FC 24CS"

it doesnt help at all, multiple times i have done that to the point of resetting my pc to Factory setting so that i start all over and still doesnt work
