Disconnects me off ultimate team after a game, then goes down as a dnf

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Xbox Series S

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 22/09/23
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 02:00
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After i complete any game Online in ultimate team
What happens when the bug occurs? When the game ends, even if the other player leaves, I get sent to the ea fc main menu, then I go back on ultimate team, then it goes down as a DNF for me
What should be happening instead? Not dnfing and actually getting the win

    I only played around 5-10 and didn’t finish them but now I can’t play any at all.

    I just had the same problem in FUT Champs. I did win 6 2, and the game ended; after I pressed Advance, I just got disconnected from the Ultimate team; when I rejoined, I got a DNF message and a lost game. This is not a problem with our connection but with your * servers. We are paying a lot for this game and investing in packs! Please make some effort to solve your problems and create a way how to report these games and get compensated. You have 0 respect for the community to send a troubleshooting link while knowing that your servers are trash... I have a GB connection and I do not get disconnects in any other games than EAFC.

    how will I get back contracts for my loan players beacuse of your servers problem yesterday?

    I have the same problem, every win it’s just saying “there was a problem with your request” and going back to the main menu, and it’s count as dnf! Can’t even play so frustrating.
