Ea Fc 24 controller not working online matches

Question

I just got the game a few days ago on steam and rivals dont work at all. I cant control any of my players. Squad battles still work and. I can still navigate through the menus, but online games are just dead for me. I cant control any of my players. Ea please fix this bug ASAP, Ive spent a lot of money to get this game and I have not much money left, if not i need a refund if i cant play this game
