EA FC 24 HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE LIBRARY IN THE EA APP AFTER REDEEMING KEY

I had the 10 hour free trial for EA SPORTS FC 24 Ultimate Edition and used up all of the hours, once they had expired, I used a code to get the full game and it accepted it and gave me the full game, however I accidentally clicked cancel for the download and when I looked in the library, it wasn't there, when I re-entered the code, it said it had already been redeemed. Do I need to wait for my EA Play subscription to end to be able to have the full game, do I need to wait until the full game releases, what do I need to do.
