I purchased a game code on g2a for ea fc 24 on pc to the ea app. I then redeemed it succesfully but it didn't appear in my library and I can't download the game. Please help me with this issue.

Got the same problem. I got the game but, cant find on EA APP. 

Just checked on FUT WEB
