After i redeemed my EA FC 24 Ultimate edition (early access) key bought from a 3rd part (i think its called), it startet downloading. But i wanted to pause the download to do some changes, but after i paused the download of the game it dissapeared completely from my account

I contacted the retailer before I came on here. And they said that everything worked fine on their end and that the code was successfully used. They then told me to contact ea support.

Hello, I purchased FC 24 by Redeem code in the EA app and it started downloading, but for some reason the download stopped due to a network failure, and the game disappeared from the download list, and I cannot find it in my library. How can I find the game again??
I redeemed a code for EA FC 24, it said code redeemed but the game does not show up in my game library.
I tried reusing the code: can't it has already been redeemed.
Then I tried closing, clearing cache and uninstalling EA APP and even tried logging in in another device. and nothing has happened
And I want to play the game with my friends asap, so if anyone can help thanks
