After i redeemed my EA FC 24 Ultimate edition (early access) key bought from a 3rd part (i think its called), it startet downloading. But i wanted to pause the download to do some changes, but after i paused the download of the game it dissapeared completely from my account

Same problem here, ive done all the support options and ive had nothing from EA. It says I have the game when i go to the support page and sign in aswell.

This is exactly what happened to me! I preordered the game from CDkeys, redeemed the code and I was left on a constant loop of ‘preparing for download’. So I cleared the cache in the EA App and the next thing I know my game completely disappeared, I tried redeeming the code again and it said it had been used. I’ve bought from CDkeys multiple times before so I know that they are a reliable company. I don’t know if it’s just some glitch and the game will reappear again soon in the downloads or library but I have no clue what to do. Hopefully EA fix this ASAP.

I have successfully redeemed EA FC 24 on ea.com using the key I received. The website confirmed that the code was indeed EA FC 24 and that it was successfully claimed when I entered the key. However, when I search for the game within the EA app, I cannot seem to locate it anywhere. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter, as I have been eagerly anticipating playing this game.

I redeemed a game code for the game EAFC 24.
During the "Content is being prepared" process, I canceled the installation because I had installed it on the wrong hard drive. Now it is not visible in the game library or order history and the code can no longer be redeemed.

I have redeemed a code for EA SPORTS FC 24, yet the game doesn't show up in my library.
I logged in FC Ultimate Team Web App which clearly wouldn't be possible if I didn't own the game, also on the EA Help homepage it shows that i own the game, despite all that the game isn't in my library, I tried restarting the app, restarting my PC, sign out and signing back in, still no results, please help.
