EA FC 24 has disappeared from the library in the EA App

The game disappeared from the library, I had previously seen it there. The game itself (ultimate edition) was purchased on Steam, which is connected to the ea app. I wanted to figure out the preload, which was available both in the ea app and in Steam, where I had already downloaded it, but now I can’t see it accordingly. The question is - will there be a problem in the future? Will I be able to run the game normally on September 22?

I also have in order history in ea account "quest_item" for no price with today's date and i dont know what it is.

[UPDATE]: Thank you all for the info provided. After an investigation, we can confirm that if you purchased the game from a third-party reseller, you'll need to contact them to get it sorted.

ive pre loaded the game on steam but when i go on ea app it says i have to buy it what should i do. yesterday eafc 24 was on the ea app that ive bought it but it now says i dont have it

Same Problem here. I bought EA Sports FC24 Ultimate Edition on Steam and linked my Steam account to an EA Account and logged in to the EA App. Some days before I already saw the game in my EA App Libary. But now it's gone and I also got that "quest_item" on order history in my EA account since then.

Another thing is that I never was able to predownload using EA App, it was always stuck in "preparing download" and after some while it cancelled with an error that I should try it later again.

Summarize your bug Basically, yesterday 17 sept i redeemed an EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Edition + Early Access key. EA App recognized my key as the game i mentioned before without any issue. At the moment, after 36 hours, it doesn't show up in my library, even if the pre download should be available since 14 sept. The EA website categorize FC24 as "my game" so the redeem went good. Support told me FC24 is in my account too. Every friend of mine got it immediately in the library, but i still can't find it. What i have already tried: clear cache, unistall and reinstall EA App, run app as admin, safe start, nothing works
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dunno
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't see the game in my library so i won't be able to download and play it
What do you expect to see? The game in my library to predownload it.

Good evening,
I bought the game and when I redeemed the code in the EA App it doesn't appear in my library.
I have opened the App as Admin, also cleared cache and restarted the PC and it still doesn't appear.
Can you help me to solve the issue?

Went to go onto support, and it shows that its in the library so it does mean we do own the game, hopefully will show up soon
