When I first launched the game everything was fine, no problems at all. But ever since I had an update the other day I just don't get any commentary anymore. I have seen many other people with this same problem but from the game release and I just don't understand how a problem like this can still happen and be unsolved. It really ruins the experience because I like to hear the commentary of a game that I paid for and it allows me to know little details like when there is added time. Please fix soon as it ruins the game for me.What should be happening instead? Hey @PenguPencil2 Something like this can happen for a couple of reasons. Have you already tried to change any of the sound settings in the game? Let us know what language version of the game you are using. Additionally, on your PC, go to Start, Settings > Sound > Speakers. Look for Audio Enhancements and change the settings. If it's using Device Default Effects, turn it off/on and then test the game.

Hey @PenguPencil2 Something like this can happen for a couple of reasons. Have you already tried to change any of the sound settings in the game?

Let us know what language version of the game you are using.

Additionally, on your PC, go to Start, Settings > Sound > Speakers. Look for Audio Enhancements and change the settings. If it's using Device Default Effects, turn it off/on and then test the game.

Hey I would just like to say thank you. My game issue is fixed.
I don't know if it was fixed because of the sound settings you said to fix or because I did a graphics card driver update, but never the less it is working now and its made my day. Thanks allot 🙂

So here im using a 3060TI With 16 Gigs of ram, I have tried all you said to do and watched youtube tutorials, I reinstalled the game twice if that would help and yet I see a brazil flag and the second time I cant even see the place i need to see for what language I have, I Really have intrest to play EAFC but i dont plan on doing so till the commentary bug is gone.

Hey, do you have nvidia geforce experience installed? That's what I did my driver update on and it worked fine once I updated it. Other than that idk what could be the problem.

Recently I purchased game on PC(laptop) and I was also having the problem of no commentary.
I finally found solution that everyone try:
Connect Bluetooth speaker or headphones and then play the game and you will hear commentary
It worked for me .

The title update 16 messed the game up. Title update 15 was okay. I played EUROs immediately after the update, no glitch. After the TU 16 update, the commentary and crowd sound bugged out

@EA I've having the same issues now on XBOX ONE, all the sound settings were set correctly, but the issue persists.
