My ea app says my early access starts on the 28th and the full release drops on the 29th, please help.

I preordered the ULTIMATE EDITION but the EA APP shows me the EARLY ACCESS DATE is the 29th septemeber. since i preordered ULTIMATE EDITION, the EARLY ACCESS is expected to be on 22nd of September. CHECK ATTACHMENTS.
I thought we use to be able to play 10 days before not just 7? What happened to that?

Are you all in Belgium? The law forbids the gambling that is Ultimate Team, so the Ultimate and Play Pro edition aren't available.
