Community ManagerI'm assuming you all are playing a lot of matches quickly. If that's the case, a softban can kick in so it would be best to stop playing for a while and try again. When you can play again, take some time between matches to avoid this from happening.
So I have been playing lots of games, given I have had a few weeks off work. For you to give the reasoning that we get soft banned for playing too many games too quickly is inexcusable. What will you be doing to rectify this? 3 times this last week I’ve not been able to play the game for more than 2/3 hours because after playing for a period of time, the servers lose communication at the end of every game. This game has only officially been out for two days. This is poor service. Will there be any sort of compensation? Because there damn well should be. I’ve actually been enjoying this new incarnation of the game, but stuff like this boils my blood and makes me question why I even give you a penny of my hard earned money.
