Ea FC 24 When Playing Online there is huge delay when i press the controller

I'm having the same issue and I ran a quality check report with 0.02 packet loss and 10 ping. Every other game mode is working completely fine even some online modes like volta are working fine. its just when I go into any ultimate team game is when I start having huge delay issues. I didn't pay 100 dollars to play the game early just for it to have a delay so bad that I cant even play the game. I need some sort of compensation from this.
