ea fc24 screen stuck and directX error reporting

I have tried reinstalling the graphics card driver, reinstalling the game, and reinstalling the system that you mentioned. Next, I will try what you mentioned that I have not tried yet. Hello, according to the method you provided, the problem still exists. When playing games similar to City Skylines and World of Tanks Blitz downloaded from the Microsoft Store, no Directx error was found.
