EA server doesnt't connect

Game doesn't connect to EA servers at all...

I've restarted, tried different internet connections, deleted and reinstalled the game, even deleted settings and save files. Still getting the same error message.

EA servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect for additonal info.

    Hi there, @JamesChettle 

    I'm not sure how you restarted so I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • I am having the same problem too, ever since I got the game i am unable to play online. 
    My wifi works with my other games except for eafc24 and I have PS plus and a LAN cable network so I don’t see what is the issue is. I already reset my password like three times already and still nothing

    @iCaptivance 

    Are you sure you're wired? You mention wifi, but that would mean you're wireless. What platform are you playing on?

    • I can’t connect on Series X. 
      I’m running google DNS. 
      But I can login with my friends gamertag on the same console.

    That would be an account issue then. Please open a case with an advisor to have this looked in to. You can do that here.

    Yea I know. I have opened 10 tickets since last year with the same problem. Still no solution. 
    No one from support has ever contacted me about the case. I just repeat the same steps

    every time.
