EAFC 24 points purchased not showing on my balance

Question

I purchased 5,900 fifa points then redeemed them in the store, everything was looking fine until I find out they haven’t actually gone onto my fifa balance, I have confirmations codes from Microsoft and everything, but looks like EA is with holding the points, pls help cost me £34 and I’m worried I’m not going to fix this. Is there any way to ring you guys.
