Relaying this post from another Community Manager regarding the information on missing rewards and the Hero Pack. If you meet the criteria and are still missing your pre-order content please contact our Support team at our Help Site for further assistance. 

If you're playing from Nintendo Switch and missing the 3.850 FC Points from the Ultimate Edition, our team is investigating this Issue.

If you're playing from other platforms, you may not have received the 4.600 FC Points for different reasons:

• You have preordered the Standard Edition, and you're playing the EA Play Trial. In this case, you will only receive the content related to the Standard Edition (you can check it here).
• You may have preordered the Ultimate Edition with another account. Remember that only the main account that completed the purchase will receive the bonus content.
• You're playing through EA Play Pro Subscription. In this case, as for the terms and conditions, "The 4800 FC Points will be provided in monthly installments of 1600 per month for three consecutive months beginning as early as September 27, 2024."

You can always check the order you made from the transaction history of your platform:

• Steam
• EA app
• PlayStation
• Xbox
