EAFC24 Disconnecting after every game

@EA_Darko Apologises, however that is yet again a lazy reply and inaccurate as you can see by the other posts and responses. As I have said before, my son and I both have the game on separate consoles. We are both using the same internet connection and his ping is actually better than mine but he is still having this issue. I have sent a separate email and opened a case as this is unacceptable only a few days into a new release. Promise me this will be looked into and not put down to connection issues with the below trouble shooting basic and what we will have all done. The trouble shooting offers little in terms of resolution.
