EAFC24 Disconnecting after every game

Multiple people playing on the same network at the same time can cause issues @TUBSON1977.

Just because ping may be better means nothing when it comes to disconnection.

The reason we ask you to start by trying the steps is because in 99.9% of cases like this it's connection based issues.

Hi, me and my friend was going into friendlies and leaving just after we scored a goal from about 19:30 to 22:00 last night to finish the bronze and silver objectives. Tbh i expected that there would maybe be someting in the game that would tell us to stop that but it never did, so we kept going until this issue starting happening to me, and me only, not my friend.

I have a wired internet connection with the speed of about 500 Mbps, so speed of the internet is definitely not the issue here.

I woke up today and expected the game to be back to normal and didnt think anything of it. Claimed my rivals rewards, and then jumped into a squad battles game to try to finish the objectives before i could do the rest with my friend later. I connected to the game just fine, played the entire game without issues, and then at the end when it was done i get the message "cant connect to ultimate team" (or something like that) and get sent back to the main menu, i dont get my rewards from the match and it says that i forfeited the game.

After this first game i decided to delete the game, restart my PS4 and my router, download the game again, and i tried another squad battles game. The exact same thing happened.

If this is still a connection issue i dont even know what im supposed to do so if you could give me some spesific tips and not reroute me to a support page that would be much apreciated.

If the problem is that we left to many matches early (about 60) then tbh thats pretty bad from you guys at ea to not allow it, or give some kind of warning before the game just is unplayable. I suspect that its still a connection issue since it only happend to me and not my friend but i dont understand what it could be since I didnt have this problem until yesterday in not only fc24 but any fifa before this.

If it isnt a connection issue i think that you guys maybe should look this up, since a lot of people are clearly struggeling with this issue.
