Summarize your bug When Ea Play fees switched to dollars in Turkey, I saw Epic Games' FC 24 discount and bought it, but after I bought it, without realizing it, I continued to play FC 24 through ea play, which I canceled but was still in use. Now 20 days have passed, my membership has expired and when I try to open FC 24 via epic games, I get the error in the link (Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/24Kcxi_Eg0CO ) I tried all kinds of solutions in your forum. Please do not offer basic operations as a solution suggestion because I have done all of them (For example, I tried solution steps such as you may be getting this error because another epic games account is connected!) Also, the moment I got the problem, I went to epic games live support and found out that the problem was directly caused by you, but your live support option was not active when I tried to contact you, could you please activate my live support button for a quick solution?
