Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
If that doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings with these instructions:
From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
If that still doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the FC 24 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Nope, there is no Oihan Sancet in my team. I don't know where is the bug come from. I had already tried all of the suggestion suggest by you, you support team, youtube video. But still this issue cannot be solve.

Try to Swap each player 1 by 1
If it works after the last one u swapped try to quick sell that player - u might get the same error so you know who ist the buggy one

- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo I have found the problem player to be Lina Magull. What's interesting is I had been using this card for some time and all of sudden it's become the problem card. Thank you for the suggestions.

Great. Glad you found the item causing this. As far as compensation goes, I'm not aware of any being available. If that happens, there should be a notice either in game or no our official channels.

I have the same issue. But I am able to play ultimate team when I am connected to my mobile hotspot. I still am unable to play on my WiFi. Can someone help me with this?

This is an indication the issue is with your ISP. Please try contacting them to see if they can test for any issues.

Let them know you can connect on a completely different connection, but not your home connection.
