Fc 24 not loading at all
I own fc 24 and it does not go past the white logo screen it just kicks me back to the xbox menu. I have tried everybtroubleshoot available

We were experiencing an issue with this earlier, but it should be resolved. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Do you have anything plugged into the USB ports? Another controller, headset, racing wheel, etc? If so, unplug it and restart.
Nothing is connected to the Xbox i have tried every single troubleshoot even uninstalling rhe game a few times

Can you list everything you've tried so we don't repeat those?
- @EA_Aljo A hard reset, clearing the gamer tag, resintalling the game a few times, loading the game into a new gamer tag on the same Xbox, changing the Mac address too.

Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the FC 24 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
