FC 24 PC Crash

Question

The game always crashes on PC while I am playing the matches offline or online doesn't matter. No one is responding to me. It is still going on. I lost so many coins because of the crashes on online draft and rivals matches which I was winning. I only bought the EA Play membership because of FC 24 and now I can not play it. Many people face this issue online. And I think there is no proper solution for that. I want a fix or refund of my EA Play membership. That's enough.

Btw I don't have that issue on FC 25 or any other game. So It can not be about my pc or my connection.

No, I don't get any messages. When the game is closed, it returns to the EA App and desktop. Nothing else happens. I tried many solutions and did every update for Windows and the graphic card. Many people are dealing with this issue, and no one can find a solution for that. It is just absurd. I lost so many rivals and online draft matches that I was winning because of this issue. I lost so many coins and rewards. I only bought the EA Play membership because I wanted to continue my FC 24 UT and can't play with this crash issue.
