my gosh, i was crazy over this. how tf i should always restart the game whenener want to claim!!!
They can certainly fix the degree to which these are happening. If you login play a game or two, collect a reward, on PC you will freeze and have to reset a good 90 percent of the time. If you try to exit Rush after 3-4 games, freeze as well. Its not acceptable at all.
