FC24 career mode: custom tactical presets disappear and reset to default

I'm playing FC24 on Switch. I basically enjoy it, but career mode has this big annoying bug: Tactical presets reset to default every once in a while. Custom presets are deleted and the default preset...

I tried reinstalling it and it worked for a week or so. Now they're all gone again, my standard preset is messed up and the fun is gone. Please fix this EA, the game is ruined for me like this.
