FC24 career mode: custom tactical presets disappear and reset to default

I'm playing FC24 on Switch. I basically enjoy it, but career mode has this big annoying bug: Tactical presets reset to default every once in a while. Custom presets are deleted and the default preset...

I encountered this today on PS5. Really annoyed as I had a few tactics set up (guess there no better way to learn than doing it all again… sigh). I had a few players out injured or suspended which I thought could be the issue but annoying non the less and makes me reluctant to play.
