FC24 Switch Version Unplayable

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the recurring issues I have encountered while playing FC 24 in coach career mode on the Nintendo Switch console. I am facing a series of bugs that significantly hamper the gaming experience, making it practically unusable at certain moments.

The main problem I have observed occurs during negotiations with coaches, the game frequently locks up, displaying only sound while remaining frozen on a static image. No button actions have any effect, forcing me to close the game, restart it, and face the possibility of losing progress if I'm not constantly saving.

During cutscenes in career mode, where a stop-motion effect compromises the frames per second, resulting in intermittent and unsmooth visual playback. This not only hampers immersion but also impacts the overall quality of the game. Additionally, when trying to approach a coach to negotiate player acquisition, the Nintendo Switch experiences freezes, causing slow and frustrating interactions.

Furthermore, the game menus suffer from noticeable input lag, making them slow and unresponsive. This has a significant impact on gameplay fluidity, turning navigation through the game into an unpleasant experience.

Given the severity of these issues, I would like to know when we can expect a patch for correction. I understand that Nintendo does not allow game returns, even when the product is unsuitable for enjoyable gaming sessions. However, a prompt resolution to these problems would greatly enhance the gaming experience on the Nintendo Switch.
