Fut birthday team 1 players still in store packs after team 2 releases.

Hey 

I just opened an ultimate birthday duo guarantee store packs, the 4000 coin pack, and I received team 1 fut birthday players, alongside team 2...I thought team 1 should have been removed from packs? Can I report this anywhere?

    Hey Everyone,

    After an investigation, we can confirm the Ultimate Birthday Duo Guarantee Pack content is correct. As for the description, you can find:

    • 50 Rare Gold Players Items rated 84 or higher, 7 guaranteed to be rated 87 or higher (you may also find special cards available at the moment you open the pack)
    • 2 Guaranteed Ultimate Birthday Player Items rated 89 or higher. Those items could be from Team 1 or Team 2. (Only Team 1 if you opened it before the Team 2 was released).

    Example

    I've picked one picture of the pack opened from one streamer when Team 2 was already released:

    • 2 Guaranteed Ultimate Birthday Player Items (Lavelle and Sorloth).
    • 50 84+ Player Items, 7 guaranteed to be 87+:  We can see Sarriegi and Maitland-Niles from Ultimate Birthday Team 2, Riquelme from the 5-Star Best of Team 2, and Messi is in the correct base version since his Ultimate Birthday version was part of Team 1, which was not anymore available in packs*.

    I hope this post clarifies the situation. As said above, the content of this pack is correct.

    Same Here.

    I bought for 4.000 fifa points a Pack today (on time for team 2 fut birthday) and receive pulisic, lavelle and other players from team 1. And did not receive any birthday icon. 

    Please correct this bug and refund me. Its real money we're tal talking about. Unbelieavable.

    I also received Ultimate Birthday Team 1 items (Lavelle and Sorloth) alongside Team 2 players in my 4000 point pack.

    Lavelle you can hand wave away because her gold rare item could have been in that pack, so while incorrect, could be (incorrectly) argued to be an upgraded player at no cost.

    Sorloth however, being a common gold item, could never appear in that pack under normal circumstances, so has actively taken the spot of another player item that does qualify to be in that specific pack

    Same, EA needs to give some type of compensation or refund for this. Could have gotten one of the new ones.
