every time i open a pack am getting logged out , tried web companion and mobile app .

After signing in, I try to open packs from Rivals rewards and get a message that log in is unavailable and it logs me out.

Hi,
Its happening on the companion app and web app. It says login server is unavailable and kicks you out and you login again to see your pack in unassigned. - 10 months ago@EA_QueenBee still not fixed while using the webapp, adding the pre-order popup is probably part of the issue because it was working fine before that

@EA_QueenBee It says login unavailable even though I am already logged in to the web app. Only seems to happen when opening packs.

Same web app doesnt work so i think its a big ea problem
