I cant find my fc founder 2 evolution

How do I see if I have founders status? I have the Founders II evo so I assume I have?

What happens when the bug occurs? I just cant make the evo that i want
What should be happening instead? The evo founders and founders upgrade should be in the menu so i Can choose a player to evo in founders

I Got the problem that i have not Got the founders evo og founders upgrade on my account, so i cant go to evo the player that i want, i have not done the evo before, so i dont understand why it is not appearing

I havent got These 2 Evolutions mentioned above. I played before 1st November (i am a founder) so i dont know Why i dont have them

I did the fut founders evolution on Felipe Anderson and didn't receive the skill move upgrade that should've been applied. I then put this card into the FC founders upgrade without realising this bug. Can this be rectified?

I have fc founder 2 but I dont have  fc founders upgrade ,and I buy the game in December.

I don’t have the fut founders upgrade evolution to do kolo muani to 88 

I used the FC Founder II and then i realised that the FC founders upgrade was missing even though i had not used it. Is this a bug or a glitch? Any help would be appreciated.
