I have an issue with my controller in the game when I press the up arrow goes to the down arrow and when pressing the down arrow goes to the up

It's just in FIFA 24 the controller working properly with another games
If you are on PC, is it possible to check the settings and try setting the controls by default. you might have accidently switched up and down around.
If you are on console please specify which one you are using.
