I keep getting an error saying I can't buty packs with FC points EAFC 24

When I go to the store, the web app instantly gives me an error saying "sorry you cannot get packs with FC points. You can still get packs with coins." What is the issue here?

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you all that FC Points will not be usable until September 22nd. Please note that this is working as intended. We appreciate your patience. You will be able to enjoy your points starting tomorrow.Thank you for understanding.

    @7MA1 What solution are you expecting? You arent allowed to use FP until the start of the game (tomorrow). The only solution I can think of is showing 0 FP in stead of 4600 FP

        I got 0 points when I bought the ultimate edition. Seam to be something wrong here.
