I made a purchase of 2000 rupees for 6000 FC points today . But even after making a case on the EA help forum the FC points haven't credited to my account. Can someone help please ??

I purchased it from the in game store itself .
even after opening a case on the EA help forum , no advisors have contacted me yet and I haven't got any real help on the case .
please mail me moderators if you are seeing this post .
i am literally not getting any help from any side of EA
