IM UNBANNED?

yesterday i bought ea fc 24, when i launched game i got this error : unable to retrieve account information fc24" after i reasearched a lot i got im banned and i have ban history it was active after...

@EA_Barry because now i can unlink my EA, and yesterday i was banned, i was not able to do that. if im unbanned i have no any problems
