Keyboard always thinks it’s inputting on ea fc

So idk y but my keyboard always think it’s inputting or smth. Firstly my controller wouldn’t work for two days until I plugged it in now Everytime time I use my controller all the icons which tell me what to do like select and exit change to keyboard and mouse. This only didn’t happen once when my game wasn’t zoomed in but after two minutes it magically zoomed in. If anyone knows anything to help please lmk
