Anybody else finding Xbox menu button not working in matches so can’t get to change tactics subs etc?

Solved after force quitting EA FC24 from Xbox game menu
If it was in Career mode, did it put you before the game you just were in or after. I've just finished the game and am stuck on a view of the pitch and the ball rather than the menu and highlights. I think the problem is just that menus aren't working. I do not want to lose progress as it was a huge win against city ☹️
